Last year I wrote a review and installation tutorial of the SGP Carbon Fiber Skin for my Dell Mini 9. Well, I was so happy with that skin that once I sold the Mini 9 and purchased a Dell Mini 10 I thought I’d give another one of the SGP Skins a whirl… but this time I opted for the Dark Wood Grain, and I couldn’t be happier. The actual color of the skin is “walnut.”
Now, I know what you’re thinking. A wood grained laptop; seriously? Well, let me say that it looks a hell of a lot better than it sounds, and I think it has a lot to do with the dark colors of both the Mini 10 and the skin. I’m not sure what one of the lighter skins would look like, but I love the combination. As last time, I opted not to cover the Dell logo with the skin. SGP has expanded their store dramatically over the past year and they sell skins just about for every gadget, so check them out.
